In addition to the relevance for the outlined thematic concerns outlined in the various workshop descriptions, the relevance of paper proposals for the Council of Europe’s Agenda for Good Local and Regional Governance will be an important criterion for acceptance. In order to maximize this relevance it is important that paper proposers are aware of the Council’s Agenda. In this appendix you will find some of the main relevant documents.

Political declaration
